I made cake. One of my new favorite shows is Cake Boss, so it was inevitable that we would make a cake. The show is about this really, really Italian family in New Jersey that runs this bakery where they decorate these incredible cakes that just make your jaw drop. So, tonight was the night. I made Score Bar Cake. Man, I love that stuff. But you can only eat so much because it is so rich. It's Matt's favorite dessert. He loved it. I asked him "Hey, did your wife deliver?" He couldn't answer because his mouth was full and he had whipped cream on his face. I took that as a yes.
